TROPICAL BORDER

Neon – brilliant reds, oranges, and yellows are tempered with splashes of dark blue and purple in a tropical tapestry so vivid it virtually vibrates. Even the dominant foliage plants--canna and New Zealand flax--carry out the bright, hot theme. The planting is long and fairly narrow, suitable for a spot at the front of a garden or along a walkway
